We loved being in this property. The restaurant here was nice for breakfast, we both ordered excellent dishes.
There was a not comfortable bed.

The bed was huge and comfortable. Generous and tasty dinner portions. Lovely and accommodating staff. Close to shopping and parking available. Polite receptionist. Happy hour from 4-6pm. Nice poolside bar and restaurant with good menu and delicious food.

Very nice people and comfortable rooms. Great price.
Location was not ideal, about a $45 taxi fare to the city (about 15km). There is a bus right at the front door that takes you to city for $4.50 but takes about an hour.

One of the hotel staff in particular was more than excellent and very accomodating, mary. We were also very pleased with the location, it was situated close to everything.

In general, I had a pleasant stay at Mount Richmond Hotel. The Mount Wellington district was definitely worth exploring. The cleaning staff did a good job, keeping the room tidy and providing everything I needed.

The hotel is conveniently located halfway down the street, making it easy to find. It is close to the stadium for the concert, as well as the motorway, providing easy access to transportation. The proximity to the Otahuhu shopping centre offers a wide variety of cheap eateries, perfect for solo female travelers looking for affordable dining options. The rooms are comfortable and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast provided is satisfying and delicious.
There were some issues with noise from other guests, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

We arrived at nearly midnight after a 48 hour journey and the hotel staff were absolutely wonderful and welcoming. The two nights we stayed there everybody was so helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. The location was midway between the airport and city centre so a good location for either.

We had a king studio on the duvet. It had a lot of facilities, including a lounge area, a safe box, and a carpet etc. The location was unbeatable to mt smart stadium.
